Into-Me-I-See – Agenda

What is This Retreat About?
Day 1: Reconnecting with the Inner Child
On Day 1, we dive deep into understanding the role of the Inner Child and how childhood wounds continue to shape our lives. Through guided exercises, movement, and group connection, you will:
Uncover and Heal Childhood Wounds
Discover how these wounds impact your present and learn to nurture your inner child with compassion.
Embrace Your Pure Essence
Reconnect with the innate joy, innocence, and creativity that are still within you.
Forgive and Release
Let go of the past, fostering a sense of acceptance and inner freedom.
Empower Your Inner Parent
Learn to show up for yourself with love, strength, and authenticity in every moment.
The INTIMACY retreat is an invitation to live more fully, stepping into your true, empowered self with grace and confidence.
Day 2: Embracing Wholeheartedness
On Day 2, the focus shifts to wholeheartedness—engaging with the world from a place of worthiness. We will meet ourselves where we feel inadequate or stretched and examine how we’ve been numbing our emotions. Together, we’ll begin the process of replacing self-judgment with self-compassion. This day is about:
Unmasking Shame
Confront the parts of yourself you’ve hidden away and learn to offer them understanding and acceptance.
Calling Back Buried Parts
Healing is about reclaiming the parts of yourself you’ve buried, rejected, or pushed aside.
Reclaiming Your Vitality
As you call back those parts, you make space for more aliveness, creativity, and joy in your life.
It’s a journey of becoming your wholehearted, authentic self, where you step back into the fullness of who you are, ready to shine in the world.

Ishaka Jayaweera
Sound Healing Practitioner
Having started my journey with sound in 2017 as a Kundalini Yoga (KY) teacher, I first introduced the gong into my classes, where I quickly recognized its profound impact. I began offering gong baths for individuals and small groups, witnessing the transformative power of sound on the mind, body, emotions, and soul. My connection with the gong was immediate—a love at first vibration that has since deepened into a lifelong passion.
In 2023, I expanded my practice by delving into multi-instrument sound healing. After completing my foundations in sound healing that same year, I am now pursuing a diploma in sound healing for groups. This journey has allowed me to explore various forms of sound medicine, using instruments as tools to create unique healing experiences for those I work with.
I am deeply committed to bringing the benefits of sound medicine to others, helping them find balance, clarity, and inner peace. It is my joy to watch how sound enhances lives in unexpected and varied ways. At the same time, sound healing offers me a creative outlet, enabling me to explore and express sound as a powerful healing modality that can touch and uplift all.
