At Sri Lanka Sumithrayo, there is Help, there is Hope. Providing Emotional Support to those going through difficult times in life is our goal. Speak to us in confidence and share your burden. We assure 100% Confidentiality, Anonymity and Acceptance with respect and care. You don't have to be suicidal to contact Sri Lanka Sumithrayo.
There are 10 SriLanka Sumithrayo centres spread across the country, The Rural programme and The Outreach unit supports the community in numerous ways face to face / Over the phone/mail

CCC Line
CCCline is a free Telephone Counselling service in Sri Lanka that provides emotional support and guidance for people facing difficulties or simply wants to talk to someone about their problems. By dialing CCCline's 1333 number, callers will speak to trained telephone counsellors who are willing to listen and assist.

Description of Service
People of all ages are encouraged to call if they are experiencing difficulties with domestic violence, family disputes, relationship and marital problems, sexual abuse, workplace issues, psychiatric illness and disorders, drug and alcohol issues, child abuse, mental health concerns, bullying at school or workplace, examination and study pressures, dealing with death of a loved one, divorce, personal issues or any concerns that are affecting their emotional wellbeing.
