I am a Hatha Yoga Instructor & Wellness Coach. I completed my 5 month residential teacher training program at the Isha Foundation in India in 2015.
My journey into self-care and self-discovery started 6 years ago when I faced the loss of loved ones and health challenges, which resulted in corporate burnout.
My physical body started to break down and I felt very disconnected from my own self. For the first time in my life, I was not able to find the strength and joy within me – this kick-started my journey to inner well-being. The positive impact and transformation that yoga and meditation have had on my physical and mental health have been undeniable. Since then I have chosen to embrace the path of yoga wholeheartedly, and help others embark on their own journey towards true health, joy, and complete well-being.
