Hasitha Raymond is a strength and conditioning coach with vast skills and an eye for detail and form. He found his passion in fitness 7 years ago and went onto specialize in power building. Hasitha has also worked with many competitive athletes and specializes in weight management and body fat reduction. He also works closely with his clients on postural correction, injury rehabilitation, and myofascial release. He is qualified by the American ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association).
