Charndika Arthanayake

Charnds is a Hatha yoga practitioner working with students to help them discover yoga, to fall in love. Creating a safe space to play, find your own unique self-expression, to have fun and discover the child in you.

Her sessions are a journey of self-discovery, to find balance each day may it be physically, mentally. emotionally, enabling her students to honour and be present with themselves. With a special focus on Yoga Nidra helping, you find stillness in everyday chaos, especially for those who face burnout, stress or anxiety to find mindfulness and savour the joy each day brings.
