DanceFit by Naach Colombo
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Altaf Ahmed
Owner of Naach Colombo
Join me Naach Colombo at Reset 2024 for an invigorating Bollywood dance experience, where we’ll explore the joy of movement and the myriad benefits it brings to both the mind and body.
At the heart of the session, I’ll be teaching one to two simple yet vibrant Bollywood routines. These movements not only encourage physical activity but also engage the mind as participants immerse themselves in the joy of choreography.
Bollywood dance is not just about coordinated moves; it’s a fantastic cardio workout. As we sway to the infectious beats, our bodies will be in sync with the rhythm, making it a heart-pumping, calorie-burning experience. It’s exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise.
The intricate steps and expressive moves involved in choreographed (in this case Bollywood) dance foster a unique connection between mind and body. Participants will understand how it can improve coordination, cognitive functions and motor skills.
Finally, dancing is not just a solo endeavor; it’s a communal celebration. When we groove together as a group, the energy multiplies, and the fun knows no bounds.
In this special demo, I’ll showcase the myriad benefits of dancing. Furthermore, the infectious positivity of Bollywood tunes will uplift spirits and leave everyone smiling.
Let’s reset and rejuvenate through the power of Bollywood music and dance.
See you on the NAACH floor at Reset 2024!

Semal Bodh Mastani
Deep Transformational Coach & Entrepreneur
A safe & sacred space for you to uncover your truest and the most authentic expression of YOU.
Most of us received the message as a child that we were not ok the way we were. We carry this belief through much of our life, trying to prove our worth through relationships, achievements and the approval of others.
How much ever we achieve, the bucket of self-worth remains empty because it can only truly be filled with an inner sense of love and belonging. Brene Brown says that love and belonging are the two irreducible needs of every human, yet many of us struggle to feel this in our lives.
In this workshop, we create a safe, sacred space for you to come home to yourself, and tap into your authentic essence. To celebrate what makes you, You!
What to expect out of this session:
- – Understanding the source of our unworthiness
- – Address your inner pain sacred
- – Understanding the fears that are running our life
- – Navigating an internal roadmap to move from Fear to Love
- – Healing all that is keeping us stuck and not serving us right now
- – Forgiving ourselves and others through a powerful group ritual
- – Being safely held in a space for self-reflection, rest and free of judgment

This session is for those inquiring into what they are called to do—to find purpose and meaning in their life or explore how they might ignite their passions. We use the art of asking generative questions—through the frameworks of action research, to explore these inquiries. We look at what might feel stuck for us through the frameworks of narrative inquiry and reframe these as narratives that allow us to be author and protagonist in our life stories. Tools such as six-thinking-hats and value-based decision-making help us to generate options and to make decisions on our next steps.
Do join us, if you are open to crafting and dwelling on a few generative—life giving—beautiful questions. The answer you are looking for is only as good as the question you ask.
