I am a drama therapist from New York City who recently spent 9 months in Sri Lanka on a Fulbright Research Scholarship to develop drama therapy workshops for care providers. I serve as adjunct faculty for New York University’s Stern School of Business where I teach "Improvisation for Ethical Leadership" to MBA students. Prior to relocating to Sri Lanka, I provided therapeutic services for the inpatient psychiatric department of a major New York City hospital. I am the co-founder and co-facilitator of the H.E.R.O. She received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher certificate through With Grace and Joy and now shares her yoga practice with her students at Prana Lounge in Colombo. A Mum of three and a Doctor, she also teaches Pre- and Post-natal Yoga classes.

I have been practicing yoga daily since 2014, and did my Foundation Yoga teacher training in April 2019 with Master Trainer Nicky Knoff.
