This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore these transitions. Through guided reflection, facilitated dialogue, and gentle inquiry, participants examine boundary-setting, role reversals, cultural expectations, and the grief that accompanies aging. They leave with more clarity, empathy, and practical tools to nurture these relationships with dignity and honesty while caring for their own wellbeing.
