Rebuilding Me: Coming Home to the Self
Mastani Semal Luthra
Transformational Coach, Entrepreneur, and Retreat Facilitator
11:00 AM – 13:00 PM
Semal is a deep transformational coach, entrepreneur, and sacred space holder devoted to inner transformation and soulful leadership.
She walks between worlds, business and spirit, structure and surrender, ambition and intuition, and for over 15 years has explored what it means to live, lead, and work in alignment with the heart.
She is the founder of HomeTree Coworking in Sri Lanka, a first-of-its-kind space that weaves mindfulness into the world of work. She also hosts The Inner Reset Talk Show, where raw, honest conversations open pathways to healing, compassion, and remembrance.
Her journey spans countries and careers, from design thinking and consulting in London, to an MBA at Yale, and living and working across India, the United States, and Sri Lanka. Along the way, she has reinvented herself many times, as a leader, parent, coach, and individual.
Today, she supports others on their own paths of reinvention through retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. At the heart of her work is a calling to create brave, heart-led spaces where people can come home to themselves, softening the edges, listening inward, and reclaiming the parts of themselves long hidden or forgotten.
Summary of the Session
This workshop invites participants into a compassionate exploration of their relationship with themselves, the most often neglected connection. Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, it examines the inner voices, beliefs, and stories that shape self-concept, particularly the critical inner dialogue many carry. Participants learn where this voice originates, why it developed, and how it may no longer serve them. By softening self-judgment and cultivating understanding and inner safety, the workshop supports rewriting internal narratives. The journey fosters deeper self-connection, grounding, and empowerment, helping participants build a supportive inner relationship that nurtures growth rather than undermines it.

Inhabiting Wholeness: From Inner Alignment to Outer Connection
Ashley Davis
Guide, Coach, Speaker, Courageous & Conscious Leadership
13:30 PM – 14:30 PM
Ashley Davis is a rare kind of leader, one who is unafraid to be tender, raw, and deeply human. Her presence inspires confidence and trust, while creating the safety needed to explore transformative, compassionate solutions to some of the most complex challenges faced by individuals and society at large.
For more than a decade, Ashley led corporate responsibility at Cole Haan and Nike, where she coached and guided leaders, developed value-driven leadership practices, and implemented business operations designed to foster a more sustainable future. Her work focused on building shared values across the value chain and broader business ecosystem, bridging purpose and performance.
Despite her outward professional success, Ashley reached a breaking point in 2018. Through a series of inner and outer journeys, she began questioning long-held beliefs about identity, worth, and success, gradually reclaiming her intrinsic joy and sense of self.
Today, Ashley brings this lived wisdom into her work, supporting others to lead, live, and create change from a place of authenticity, compassion, and embodied presence.
