As a counseling psychologist, I offer a warm, compassionate space where individuals and couples can explore emotional challenges and work toward personal growth. My practice is grounded in kindness, empathy, and respect for each client’s unique journey.
I integrate approaches such as CBT, MBCT, SFBT, Family Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring sessions to each client’s needs. I also support clients through stress management, emotional intelligence development, academic coaching, and suicide prevention.
My goal is to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered—creating lasting change through meaningful connection and evidence-based care.
