We are open 365 days and our volunteers are available for 'Face to Face' confidential befriending, via telephone or by email at our centres, and also on 'Out Reach' work.

The Shanthi Maargam “Art of Living” centre focuses on providing professional counselling and other approaches to strengthen the emotional well-being of children and youth free of charge. With a great team of counsellors and volunteers, Shanthi Maargam has been able to offer high-quality counselling and art and drama therapy at our “Art of living” youth centre located in an urban poverty area in Colombo. They have also established a 12-hour hotline for anyone who needs counselling.

The Sumithrayo Drug Demand Reduction Program (Mel Medura) has been at the forefront of supporting people struggling with all types of addictions such as alcohol, drugs, tobacco, smartphones, internet, pornography, and gambling.
