Circular Connected Breathwork is an ancient healing tool, a simple yet extraordinary technique which allows us to safely journey deep within our subconscious and beyond. This practice is known to reduce tension and stress, create more passion, spark creativity, release emotions, expand consciousness and ultimately invite more self-love into our lives.

We will learn self-help practices to support our own healing processes. Focusing on releasing stuck emotion/energy by gently unwinding the acute and chronic tensions held in the body and completing interrupted fight & flight responses stored deep within our nervous systems and cellular memories. Using conscious connected breathing, movement, sound, and self-applied touch to help the body release.

Monitoring our own levels of activation, we take charge of our own healing. We maximize our experience by establishing a connection with the felt sense and use it to self-regulate our nervous system in our daily lives.

The body can only release when it is ready. The approach is safe, gentle, and promotes deep connection with ourselves in an open and loving way. We surrender the mind to the body’s innate intelligence.

Preparation:
* Eat lightly prior to attending – no food after 2pm please so you can give yourself time to digest before the session
* Stay hydrated throughout the day
* Bring a sarong or shawl to cover yourself
* Bring a water bottle (optional)
* Think about an intention
* Wear loose comfortable clothes
* Bring a journal and pen
